Services to Buyers: Descriptions of Items: We gladly take the time necessary in advance of an auction or sale to describe all items we sell as fully and accurately as we can, using photographs as well as verbal descriptions. While items are always sold as is, we never knowingly fail to disclose damage. Fair Sales Procedures: All of our sales are conducted openly without any deceptive practice whatsoever. While our auction staff may bid on and buy auction items, they receive no consideration not available to other buyers. No member of staff ever bids on behalf of the auction company. Absentee Bids: We accept absentee bids from buyers who cannot attend the auction. Absentee bidders provide an opening bid as well as a final bid with the understanding that the item may be sold to the absentee at a price falling somewhere between those two bids. Mailing List: Upon your request, we will gladly put you on our mailing list and notify you of our scheduled auctions. You may be on a general list or ask to be notified of specific items only.
