On-line descriptions, even with a photograph, can result in a rough approximation of value at best. Formal Appraisals: In cases such as estate settlement or dividing marital property, a formal appraisal may be necessary or highly desirable. Aardvark Auctions and Appraisals conducts such appraisals and prepares comprehensive and detailed appraisal reports. Our appraisal fees are are quite competitive. Flexible Sales Approaches: We are willing and able to market your goods through a variety of methods. Although we believe that auctions are the most effective sales approach in most instances, we often conduct tag sales in conjunction with or instead of an auction. We can even market your goods on the internet. Moving and Storage: If personal property must be moved from its present location before it can be sold, we can move and store your goods and at reasonable cost. Professional Sales Management: We handle your property as though it were our own. We thoroughly plan the marketing of your property and keep you informed every step of the way. Our auction sales conform to State of Wisconsin contract and conduct requirements. Effective Advertising: In addition to well-targeted, cost-effective media advertising, we maintain a network of buyers on our mailing lists and maintain constant communication with our "regulars."
